1. Orders & Payments

• All prices in USD. Payment processed via Stripe (PCI DSS compliant).
• We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud.
• Sales tax applied where required by Wyoming law.

2. Shipping & Returns

• Free shipping on orders over $1499 (USA only).
• Returns accepted within 14 days. Items must be unworn with original packaging.
• Custom pieces are final sale.

3. Intellectual Property

• All designs are owned by Luxe Jewelry Design Studio LLC.
• Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

4. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: State of Wyoming.
• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan County.

5. Changes to Terms
